The location is at the back of a building in a commercial office park. I would not recommend this area for a woman unless she were to go with someone else.

I had an outstanding experience renting a U-Haul van. The van was brand new, spotless, and drove perfectly. What really made the experience exceptional was the customer service. Min was friendly, professional, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Both pickup and return were quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent service these days. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and will definitely rent here again.
Nardos KThe address was listed as Suite 4, but the building listed suites in letters (i.e. A, B, C and D). But the attendant was quick to answer the phone and meet me just outside. Equipment was great.
Jonathan MThis is a lot location, there is no staff and the return is handed using the sometimes working app. It was confusing with where and how to park the trailer. With no staff it was more challenging than necessary and I couldn't ask about the discount. This really soured my opinion of U-haul.
