Richard GI do not recommend renting from this location. Go to any other U-Haul center before this one. Truck not clean, engine light was on and the key was difficult to retrieve.
Stephen Mthe check in process was not ideal - the app wasn't working so the employee had to help and he wasn't prepared to help so it took some time; location itself is quite unprofessional, but they were friendly and accommodating (just not prepared/expecting me)
Dani DThey had the worst customer service I've ever seen. They also charged me for cleaning the truck and I thoroughly cleaned it out before I returned it to them so I'm not sure why or how they thought that was okay to do. They were rude and unfriendly when I picked it up and dropped it off. I said something about it and the old man started yelling at me to get off his property! I would never rent a truck from them again.
