Blatant theft at this location; they now practice fraud within the UHaul system. Strongly advise you do not rent from this location ever. On 3/16, I paid an initial charge for van rental with a realistic estimate of mileage for the day. On 3/17, the local office charged my credit card a 2nd time based on a FALSE mileage total 3 times larger than the actual miles I drove in town. The window of the van was so caked with splattered insects it was a safety hazard trying to drive. Note also another customer was overcharged by $400 on the same dates as my very negative rental experience. This particular UHaul office should be shut down and investigated for multiple fraud attempts. I am disputing their overcharge via my credit card company, since they will not return my call to correct the overcharge.

It was a pleasure working with John to rent our 26’ truck. He was courteous and professional and the store was clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location.
TED NEmployee was not at site upon arrival during open hours. Called ahead and said I would be there in 10 minutes. waited another 15 minutes before employee arrived. Another gentleman was already waiting. Checking in was smooth and equipment was smooth. Was told that the smallest trailer could not be rented even tough it was on site, and another location near by showed one available. Not sure if i was scammed into an upsale or not.

ROBERT SI rented a U-Haul from this location. It was from then on a nightmare. The location gave me the wrong keys to a different truck that was on my contract. My truck was given to a different family who drove 300 miles and did not refill the gas. While on the other hand, I only drove under 50 miles and refilled the tank. Afterwards I was billed close to $400 for what should’ve been less than $80. And when I attempted to contact the location, they refused to take my calls. I then had to reach out to the U-Haul location here in St. George, Utah. Who was able to reverse the charge but denied giving me my money back for the gas that I paid for to refill the U-Haul truck. Even though I was told by the location that I had a $30 fuel credit and would be given the money back. First and last time I will EVER be renting a U-Haul.
