Terrible. Contacted owner several times no answer waited over 20 minutes for someone to assist picking up the truck. Links didn’t work to upload pictures contacted several times went to voicemail. Place charged for 60+ miles when we probably didn’t even drive 20. Still no answer. Terrible

No one was attending the location. Difficult phone communication to complete the pick-up. Vehicle was poorly maintained. Loud humming noise coming from the rear wheels while driving. Driver's door was deformed, letting in wind. Cargo box was dirty and contained unnecessary blankets, which they later tried to charge for. A 3-day delay in correcting billing errors.
