The vehicle was returned by the prior renter in an unbelievably dirty state. I could not even look through the windows and see anything in the mirrors. The inside was also covered with mud. Since I needed to start my trip I cleaned the windows and mirrors. I believe the rental location just did not have the time or personnel to have the van cleaned before I picked it up at 8:30 in the morning.
