Be sure to inform renters of limited miles and excess rate per mile. We did not even consider it since we always have unlimited with passenger vehicles. We were five miles under by pure chance

It was a little hard to find due to lack of signage, however when I called the man inside was very helpful!

JOSHUA WTrying to figure out why I was charged an extra 43$
BRENNAN JA quick inspection would have revealed a problem with the fender on the trailer I noticed it leaning I noticed it gave it a small push to make sure it was attached well but within 5 miles it fell off. I picked it up and brought it with me, I had also purchased the additional insurance so it was not a problem.
