The advertised price is an outright lie. One 10-foot truck for 24 hours that we put 20 miles on cost us over $100. The advertised price was $22. I understand the mileage charge but I have no idea what the rest of the charges were because the communication with the owner was impossible to understand. I will never use U-Haul again, and I'll be sure to advise any friends who are moving to find a different company to use too. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about scams regarding the truck you use.

KYLE GI had originally scheduled my pickup at Second Hand Treasurers, but when I got there for an early pickup they did not have a vehicle for me. I had to be redirected to Morgan Mart. I should have been informed that a truck was not available at Second Hand Treasurer efore going there. I service at Morgan Mart was outstanding.
