I answered the question was the equipment clean and well maintained as yes but it could be no as well. Being in the South bugs are everywhere but there was an excessive amount on the front of this truck! I had to stop at the gas station on the corner to scrub the bugs off the front window to see clearly. Other than that the inside and bay was clean. The truck ran good and surprisingly got better gas mileage than expected!

Our original reservation was at C&J Rental in Sylvania, GA. We went to pick up the truck there were none available even though I made my reservation 2 days prior. I know there are no guarantees. I contacted the 800 # and was told A1 301 North Mini Storage had a truck in Statesboro but when we arrived there were none. I contacted dispatch in Savannah and was advised there were no trucks available inside a 60 mile radius. HOWEVER, the representative at A1 301 went above and beyond to help as we were in a real time crunch. Just wanted to give her credit due. She could have left and went home but she stayed to help us.

RYAN BI was overly charged for not using the U-Haul app to return the truck but I did use the app.
Travis JI really think i was overcharged the $27 for gas upon my return of vehicle but theres NOTHING I can do about it NOW. Nice people but ... Putting gas back in in fractions is ludicrous. Start with a FULL TANK ..BRING IT back with a FULL tank...
