Your employee smashed the entire front end of my PARKED suv with one of your vehicles in your EMPTY parking lot! They did not apologize to me and I was not given any compensation. The manger would not provide me with the employees name or licence. This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had and am Now having to deal with MPI and the loss of wages and money needing to take time off work for vehicle assessments and paying for insurance on a rental. I’d NEVER recommend your company to anyone and will not be using your services ever again. I have shared my story with 10,000 people so far. I have emailed your office and head office and had not heard back. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

David EI was charged an extra 24 hours for beeing an hour late on my return . Not impressed
HENRY GTruck was leaking gas, had a very strong smell coming from truck. My belongings stunk of gas and took a few days to air out. Suspension was very bouncy at 80kms. Love how after paying, I return truck early, let proper services know of situation. Yet try to over charge $700, on top of what I paid already. Not a good experience. Second time, u-haul has tried to over charge me.
