Nothing actually. Amy was really really amazing. When I arrived, I was in my car trying to figure out what to do and she came out within 1 min and advised me on what to do right away. I wondered how she knew that I was a bit confused lol. She made the whole renting process easy and kept me updated with everything she was doing. Within minutes, I was on my way. Amy was really professional and yet friendly and her overall customer service demeanor was superb.

Second time dealing with this location and will continue to do so. 1st time there was an issue with the U-Haul portal system (not this locations fault at all). Amy got it all sorted out with U-Haul head office so I could take my rental and be on my way. 2nd time was even smoother. In and out the door in 2 minutes and I was on my way. A+ customer service. Location is clean and rentals are well organized, therefore easy to hook up and go along with being easy to return them.
