JESSICA TJoe was very friendly and helpful with the drop off.
JOHN SWe rented this well in advance and when we arrived they could not process payment and were unsure of the rental. It took over an hour to complete the process and we were told several times we would not get the uhaul due to issues on their end. We also returned this early and (3 days) and anticipated at least a small refund and did not receive it. After all the hassle I would have thought we would have had some refund. It was a huge hassle.
