When I arrived to get my truck, the only person with the credentials to get into the computer and rent me my truck had gone to the bank. She left a training member of staff with no credentials to get into a computer there to great customers. I was late getting this truck bye almost an hour, when I got to my house all of my furniture was on the front lawn and wet. I chose the check-in with a customer service person because the app was not functioning on my phone. When this lady arrived she did not apologize, she just rolled her eyes and was annoyed. The trainee was very nice and a very apologetic, in my opinion she should have never been left if she had no knowledge on how to run the service. I will never go back here.

The truck was booked in advance and no appliances dolly available (which was requested at booking). The price was not as quoted when I booked. The back of the truck was not swept out. The staff let me know I was renting from a third party. The check out was delayed do to the system and the link did not let me upload the pictures. Called about the dolly and after a long period of time on hold made report about the Dolley and received email (nothing else). Over all the staff in the front desk found a regular dolly and was very professional.
