The customer service at this location is non existent! When returning the vehicle we were having some technical difficulties using the app to return the vehicle. When asking for assistance the woman in the store told my husband that he could just leave the key and she will go out once she finish working on what she was working or but 5 minutes later we saw her standing out side on her phone. So we tried again, he went back and got the key so we could get the mileage from the U-Haul we had. As my husband was working on that I noticed the woman come out and retrieve a ladder from a shipping container, as she was walking back to the store I stopped her to ask for assistance she rudely asked me what was she supposed to do. I said to her can we get some help returning this truck she stated they are past the time to work on U-Haul stuff and they are working on other things and we would have to wait as she walked away commenting something about “black people”! Not only was I confused about that statement but confused about the entire process. If this is a location the rents U-Haul vehicles, shouldn’t there be someone on site to provide some sort of assistance when it’s needed. But instead we ended up call the main U-Haul number where we were able to complete our transaction.

DONALD KI was assigned lockbox number four when I got to lockbox number four there was a key inside which had no lock I don’t want to be responsible for being assigned a truck that was not onsite also trash and debris was left in the truck from the last person. I did not want to be responsible for it so I did a minimal clean I should not have had to do that.
