The have no dollys and still accepted my rental I spent an hour after my rental calling and going around for a dolly. No gas in the truck less than 1/8

The agent was rude, never once checked around vehicle with prior to obtaining or returning vehicle,didn’t process my return on time, and added fake charges which I fully intend on disputing
MARTELL RThe truck was dirty, there was no gas in the truck and I paid for a dolly and did not receive it. I had to call and inform the agent.
SHANICE PI filed a complaint regarding this issue. The attendant wasn’t at the location until 45 minutes after our rental time. He was rude and inconsiderate. We were given a truck with the check engine light on. We returned it early because we were too scared to keep driving it.
