My Customer service representatives were beyond excellent she was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my options and assisting me .the rep I spoke with in the phone about the E alert was also kind and helpful .. the issue I have is the E alert every time I went to get a rental the e alert has held me up there has to be another system available
