Trailer tongue was too heavy for me to lift. There needs to be a better way to lift and connect if no one is available to help.

Not even a business or person to help at pickup location. Charged me an extra $25 for safe tow that I did not agree to or sign up for.
Mia HNo one present, I like to deal with people and that was poorly communicated...did not know what to do when got there. Had to call uhual 800 number to figure out what I was to do. The representative was helpful and it turned out to be easy to do....but whould have been nice to know before I arrived.
