The women did not know how to run a business. She told us to call the 800 # and said I did not have a reservation. I told her I have it on my phone. She changed her mind and we went out to check the truck. When I returned it that same day, she said she had a meeting she had to attend and she had a dog that would not stop barking throughout the entire time. I was also overcharged $8.92 for 2 gallons of gas. I left the truck running when I filled it up so I know it was perfectly filled and I also swept the inside. I should at the least be credited for the $8.92 for 2 gallons of gas. The gas needle was a hair over 1/2 full. I won't be back, ever. Chris Hofmann / Contract # 98712739
