I had order moving blankets and none were available when I picked up the truck. I had to drive the truck to another U-haul location to pick up blankets. Back of the truck was not swept out, there was a lot of sand debris that I had to sweep out before I could start loading furniture for my move.

The gentleman who helped me out was very polite, professional, and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I associate with.
BRANISLAV MStore opened 30 minutes late, the guy working couldn’t find the reservation even though I showed the number and everything. He said his system said it was already picked up even though the number of the U-Haul I was picking up was still in the parking lot and he had the keys for it in his hands. We were delayed by 40 minutes, had to get on a call with customer service to try and get some help during those 30 mins incase no one showed up and we had to pay our movers for time they weren’t moving as they showed up and we still weren’t there with the u haul. Wasted a lot of time and especially money for a bad experience. This location needs to be checked and updated.

bradley pThe issue, I have is that I charged for a full day and I only use the U-Haul for four hours. I do not think this is fair at all. I should’ve been prorated with a better rare. Besides that nothing bad to see about this location. Great customer service.
