MARK HEmployee should be on time to be at work. I had employees I had standing around waiting, costing me money and time because he was late. The truck had 1/4 of tank of gas, I left it with a small amount more I was charged for a one gallon. Just a little less than $3. He never checked when I was there. But I think how much money U Hall would get if this was done to everybody. Millions.
VAN DThis is not a problem with the location but the odometer was off and when I corrected it in the app it refused to take the corrected picture of the odometer. I was charged extra for something I didn't drive. The location was convenient and the owner was very nice and helpful. Uhaul needs to fix their app..
