Showed up for a uhaul, was given a key and no paper work and told bye. Never checked in, did a pretrip inspection, ANYTHING. Rented two dolly’s and 60 furniture pads and was told them weren’t available. THOUGH I WAS CHARGED. The employee took me to a storage closet and found two random dolly’s and a handful of furniture pads. I returned all items and was charged overage fees for them because they never updated the amount of items they ACTUALLY gave me. A $400 rental has now costed me near $1200 due to the negligence of the employees at this location.
