U Haul at Westerville Mini Storage gave away the truck that i reserved after i had already drove 2 hours away and showed up there. They informed me of giving my truck away 15 minutes prior to my pick up time. I then had to drive 30 minutes back the way i originally came to pick up a replacement truck that they wouldn't give me because uhaul had not informed them of the situation. After another 45 minutes uhaul confirmed with MJ's and we could finally get it. UHaul informed that i would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience and extra miles but i seemed to have received neither of these. Going forward I will be using other local and non local options for moving and i will be sharing my experience with friends and family. I will also be sharing my poor experience with my customers, as i am a letter carrier in a town of 25000 people.

gordon sThe gentleman running the U haul rental place was very rude. He was trying to run the beer cooler and was very unorganized place . I don't recommend renting from here in the future.
