Check tire pressure before renting equipment. Had to add 10 pounds of air to one tire.

PAUL CThe service at this location was great - however the service in general by Uhaul was terrible. We were rerouted 3 times by Uhaul to different locations in North Bay. First time was 2 days before as did not have a 10' truck and was offered 20' truck at a different location which was fine. The day of move, while we were enroute to North Bay and was called stating our location had changed - but we had arrived North Bay and had to detour back 30 min and that location had no trucks and Uhaul had not contacted them. We were then detoured another 30 min away - this added 2 hrs to our trip to find a new truck and 1 hr away driving back to our moving location.
