When we picked up the equipment on Saturday, the 16th, we were informed that should we not need all of the 5 days allowed, we would receive a refund for the unused days. We picked up the equipment on Saturday the 16th and returned it to the designated drop-off location on the morning of Monday, the 18th, however I have not received a credit for the unused days and am confused as to the reason. Please let me know when I can expect the promised credit. Best regards
