No one told me there wouldnt anyone there for drop off. I am not physically able to detach a trailer and never have had to anytime I've used uhaul in the past. It was put on for me no issue, easy pick up but was delayed by this for drop off and added an extra hour to my day driving to other location when original was 5 minutes from my home

GARY WIt was difficult to find the drop off location as there wasn’t any signage anywhere. There wasn’t a sign on the building that was the office. I parked the truck and a man came out of a building to check me out. He was very nice and efficient.
