The location showed to be open but when I arrived it was closed!! Online offers you one truck and when you get to the location its not available!! Customer service is horrible its a 2 hour wait and then they transfer you around in circles!! Its a complete disaster!!! Thankfully I found Kaitlyn who was the sweetest lady ever and she helped me through everything!! Very horrible never again will I rent a uhaul!!

Personnel were absent. No apparent way to contact them directly. Entire business looked as if it was set up to be meet-less, coming and going. Very impersonal. Drop box requested (in writing) a copy of the invoice. This was not previously mentioned and I had to call in my return to corporate because I had removed everything from the truck. Will not recommend this site.

Paul BAlthough the location manager was excellent the self check-in was a disaster. If I had been there after hours I would not have been able to use the self check-in feature. There was not a number available to call for assistance like was offered during the checkout process, where the self checkout process wouldn't work as well. I used the self checkout/check-in process 5 years ago with know issue. Don't know why it wouldn't work years later.
