Very helpful grate people. Nice uhaul location
jimmy mInteracting with the U-Haul franchise owner was very good.
John LMy reservation was screwed up by a Uhaul employee (not at this location) that called me the day before pick up to say there was no truck available. She finally found one in our area, but it had a different towing device for our vehicle. When we arrived to pick up the truck and towing device, the employee who had called had booked two towing devices. Anthony at the rental location did his best to try and remove one of the booked trailers, but couldn't even after being on the phone with Uhaul for about an hour. He gave up, deleted the original reservation and started over. When we received the invoice via email, we had been charged for insurance that we didn't want and for an extra day that we hadn't ask for. Now I'm dealing with getting a refund. Also, the truck we picked up was running on fumes, yet we were required to return it with 1/4 tank of fuel! As an aside, the pick up location was a mess and the trailer trash living next door was having a brawl complete with incredibly foul language!!! Anthony who is running the Uhaul operation was very nice and did his best to sort out the mess created by someone else at Uhaul.
