First time renter. Process couldn't have been easier. Only thing that sucks is there's so many u haul places but the closest place I could get a truck was around 30km's away from my destination. So it was 60.00 extra in just getting the truck to where I needed it.

Windshield fluid was completely empty. Struggled a lot because of that
VEERENDRAN VIt was all good until I was delayed by half an hour due to snow was blocking the Truck, have to wait for my friend and come to rescue me with a shovel before I managed to leave the parking lot.
Fernando YPicked up the uhaul and realized after leaving the location the gas tank was empty
Courtney KI went there for 6 am the app wouldn't let me register had to get help with that to try and get the code for the lock box to get the key only to find out no key in the box that this spot doesn't do that had to go back for 10 am so I could get the key then was told the price witch was more then double then what I was quoted online from the website site so wasted the majority of my morning and paid more then what I was told it would be so sorry but I am not happy with my experience
