I reserved the unit from carden's in sylacauga in which I was told would be a 15ft, however reaching my pick up destination the previous renters weren't on time and I ended up with a 10ft truck. I called customer service to request extra mileage because my reservation was placed wring and she said there was nothing she could do because of how it was placed in the computer. I had to make 2 trips which was a huge inconvenience and ended up costing me 35.00 extra dollars. This is not how a customer should be treated because of an representative mistake. Late and wrong truck highly disappointed.: ( this is not swing and things mistake but a huge mistake on carden's behalf.

Improve signage/visibility. Was not where I expected it to be, so was difficult to find.

This was my first and last time renting a UHaul. I was moving and needed what I thought would be a low cost way to relocate my furniture. I was not told about all the fees included. I was charged about 98 dollars initially and the next day I was charged an additional 89 dollars for mileage. I was not told this at the time of rental and this put me way over budget. I did not have the rental for the entire weekend, but rather for a few hours. I didn't understand where the additional cost came into play. I do know that it will not happen again. In future, I will ask friends to assist me if I ever need to move or rent a truck from Hertz or Enterprise. I feel that would be a lot cheaper than what I was charged here.

This location was fine. She told me that me gas gage was not working properly, and that is why it took so much gas, and I ended up filling it up rather than 3/4 tank. A little money wasted but lesson learned. When filling it back up, always do about $15, and then run it, and tap the gas petal to unstick the mechanism that detects gas level so you don't over fill. The truck was pretty new, with just under 40,000 miles.
