The address listed on the U-Haul website/app was technically the correct address, but it showed up on the GPS as being 10 miles away from the location. This made it impossible to check in through the app and we had to get in touch with U-Haul support to check in through them. Overall the process was rather complicated and could have been a lot easier, but I think if the location on the map is corrected it will be much more efficient. The location manager was very helpful and I believe it was the first rental picked up at that location so he was unaware of the issue until we brought it up. He did everything he could to help once it was brought to his attention and I'm certain future rentals will go much more smoothly.
