I was told the first 100 miles were free. I drove 80 miles and was charged $1.09 per mile. I don’t think it’s very professional to lie to a customer. I will be very hesitant in renting a Uhaul truck in future.

I was first booked to a location in San Fernando but when I arrived there were no trucks available. Customer service was able to book a truck at this location in Sylmar and Gilberto was amazing. Since it was last minute they were already closing and Gilberto was so kind and patient as we finalized the booking for pick up. He stayed past closing time and was very accommodating. Would definitely come back here if I ever need a U-Haul and will definitely recommend to others.
