The vehicle itself was not clean. The bigger issue was I was promised someone would be there to hook up the auto transport. The woman said she couldn’t do it and the corporate people said they could. I had to wait a half an hour for someone to come from another location to hook up the auto transport. You are far from customer friendly when you require the truck to be picked up at one location and then have to drive 40 minutes to another location to get the car transport. Horrible customer service and horrible customer friendliness.
