Michiko MManager was Fantastic! Our 1st rental at a place in University Place had a check engine light on and we had to get a short notice rental from the Fircrest Location! Manager was so helpful in setting us up with a new rental! Will only go back to fircrest.
LAURINDA HThis was the representative's first day at this location, which is primarily a storage business. He appeared to have no training, poor documentation, and poor support for renting UHaul vehicles. The UHaul software he was using made things worse by being slow and difficult to understand, and by dividing the required tasks between the representative and the customer (me). There was a major misunderstanding about how I was to get the key to the truck, which was made worse when I tried to use UHaul chat to help -- they told me the key was to be given to me directly at the office, which was simply not correct. It took me two hours to checkout the truck, and over 30 minutes to check it back in. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!
