The equipment was great! The checkout process was a bit complex, since it was done mostly with my phone at the rental location, not with the information I provided online when reserving the truck. I received no additional paperwork at the time of rental. The return process was very casual when it related to miles driven, gas consumed, etc. Again no return receipt was prepared, just a promise that they would email it later. The email never came, since they had somehow messed up my email address even thought it was perfect in the original rental agreement. I drove 70 miles. They charged me for 11 gallons for fuel. That comes out to 6.4 miles per gallon, which is half normal. The truck was empty and the driving essentially flat, so gas consumption should have been 12 or better, not 6.4. Pretty sloppy accounting by UHaul! My advice to U-Haul is to handle the check-out and check-in processes more carefully. UHaul got away with about $40 that I should not have paid. I expect that the U-Haul national customer service people will understand and fix this .......

He asked estimated miles and I said 55 it was over I asked before I took the truck if it was over or below what would happen he just said no problem then it cost me a extra hundred dollars
