Unfortunately, the individual who was helping us did not fully understand or know how to operate the computer system in order to check the Auto Transport out to us. We stayed there for over an hour until he called someone to come and help him navigate the process to check the equipment out to us. When we ordered the rental U-Haul truck 26 footer we received a phone call informing us several days before we pick up the truck that the auto transport was in a different town and that we had to go pick up the auto transport from a different location where the truck was located. No one from U-Haul organization, took the initiative to organize or coordinate for the trailer/ Auto transport to be delivered to the same location we were picking up our truck.
