Good customer service team the trailer was full of mud though and was missing its jack to lift the trailer from the hitch
DAVID SI would have liked to have had the option to bring the trailer back to where I took it from I same day and there for reducing the amount of the rental. But no, I was directed by UHAUL (not the field office) to return it elsewhere.
