Nick, the Uhaul representative on site was extremely nice, helpful and polite. The truck was not clean upon rental but it was easily swept out of the trash (clothing, trash, etc.) left in the box of the truck by previous renter. The location did not have the pads I reserved but directed me to a nearby center for assistance with those items.
