This was a mobile drop off at a gas station - convenience store location, so no employees to interact with. Parking was easy enough, key drop box was out front.

Frank LThe lock was still on from the previous customer, it was dirty/sticky on the inside, and there were cockroaches filled in the back. We had to bomb and spray it before we could even use it.
Michelle JTerrible. I had to enter the information into the computer behind the register by myself. The guy working was clueless.
