This is not the location that I reserved. Upon arriving at the reserved location I was redirected to this location as the reserved location had too many trailers. In short, I didn't get to use either of the locations that I reserved.

Quick, easy, happy with the process
Chandra MI was over charged I was told to put more gas in the truck that was not there when I got it and I was told I drove 89 miles when I only drove maybe 20. Extra miles
Odell CDropping off the truck was quick and easy. The location was clearly marked, and there was plenty of space to park. The staff checked the vehicle right away and completed the return in just a few minutes. I appreciated the smooth process—no hidden fees or surprises. Great end to a moving day!
