This was the most horrible damn experience I have ever had with U-Haul. And I’ve used it for 40 years. Your location is horrible, your kiosk is atrocious, the battery died, and the process of picking one of these up in your non-human locations and dropping them off are fucking ridiculous. I would never recommend this. I think the kiosk non-human is a fucking horrible idea.
