The location was great but the truck was garbage and they didn’t have any equipment. Not their fault. U-Haul should have some sort of inventory system for equipment to go with the truck like pads and dollys.
ANTHONY SI requested a Dolly and they could not provide it. The truck was given to me on a quarter tank. The truck was filthy. The side mirrors would not stay put, making it difficult to see around me while driving.
