This was a very scary, mismanaged and unsafe environment. They did not help at all and just told me to take the trailer off the hitch and had me move it to "wherever I want". They did not check me out, did not check trailer and no one spoke English. I had to call 1-800 number to get the Trailer checked out and finalize rental. I am still not sure if it was handled...but the lady on the phone was great. I would close this location, it was pitiful and I would never go there again..It is not Professional and there was some shady stuff going on with the trucks and the people there. Very poor excuse for a business.
SCOTT TEverything went smooth and the equipment was clean. The staff were friendly and made the process easy. Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back and recommend this location!!!!!
Indel MI would never have gone to this location for pickup if I seen it ahead of time.This place was a club.
Michael GThey didn't seem very organized. And they wouldn't or couldn't help load the trailer onto the truck hitch. I had to do it myself. And when I brought the trailer back the person working didn't bother to come over and help unload the trailer off of the truck hitch. So again I had to do it myself.
