Trailer pick-up at Smokers Den could not have been easier or faster... I would absolutely recommend that location... On the other hand, the experience with my U-Haul reservation was horrendous!... Blue Bird Towing, the initial reservation location, failed to have a trailer available. Without any mention, U-Haul software automatically moved my pickup location to 1St Choice Towing, in another town, who also failed to have a trailer available. I had to call U-Haul Corporate to find a trailer at a third location in another town (Smoker's Den). This caused a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary anxiety, and U-Haul really should compensate me for the hassle.
Paul PThe truck was on E I was so scared that it was not going to make It to the nearest gas station also the truck was dirty on the inside and and on the inside of the cabin I had a hard time getting the truck from this place I was there over an hour the drop was very easy
