The desk lady was nice but exceedingly slow on the computer even though I had checked in online and there were no other customers. She realized after 45 minutes that there was no one to help me hitch the car dolly to the truck and then help me load my car onto it. She called for help, and he took more than a half hour to get there. By then, I had hitched up and loaded the car and done everything except secure the car to the trailer, which he did. I am 69 years old and recovering from shoulder surgery 2 months ago. I was 45 minutes late meeting my loading crew. I am not happy.
