The engine oil was low, not showing on dipstick. Worker from pilot market was very courteous and gave me 2 quarts. Maybe make sure the fluids and oils are full.

PAUL RSteel safety cables were frayed, and I cut my hand, location owner instally said not my fault it's U-Hauls. Never offered help as I was bleeding. Upon return I wanted documentation stating trailer was returned, they could not provide. Worst experience ever!
Josh DThis was our second rental of this size trailer. One had a roll up door, the second had doors that opened out. The roll up door did not work well, reduced the ceiling height. Basically we would have chosen a different location to get a trailer with doors that opened out.
