Terrible! Would not recommend this place. They will overcharge you, check everything before and after your visit should you make the mistake of using them.

JOHN NI did the lock box key pick up because i wanted to move at 8am but the store didn't open till 10...they gave me the wrong key and i was stuck waiting for a while with little to no apology in the end. Tho on a good note they were already upgrading me to a 15 ft truck because they 10ft i rented was damaged from the last renter and i couldn't use it. They did also throw in a dolly and moving blankets free of charge. Overall it started good then went really bad then went better again. I would only recommend this location if the pickup and dropoff is during they're open hours
