Using the app took over 40 minutes and 2 phone calls to support to complete the pick up. It was horrible and frustrating. The photos wouldn’t download - issue after issue. Not a good experience at all. It’s not the locations fault. It’s the app and process.

KEVIN KVehicle gas tank was close to empty so I had to gas it up immediately. Vehicle was poorly maintained. Graffiti all over the side. Drivers door doesn’t close properly unless you really slam it super hard. When I returned the vehicle the attendant didn’t come back out to the vehicle to inspect it before I left
