Absolutely awesome experience!!! Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we had the van we needed at the time we requested. She even followed up after the return to see if there was any other questions and if so to just give her a call. Definitely one of the better rental experiences. See you again soon!

Joycelyn MI requested for the rental truck and auto transport. I was asked to pick up at Temecula. I was never informed that the location does not have both items. It was very unpleasant I had to go to Lake Elsinore 46 mile round trip to pick up the auto transport. At Lake Elsinore, the staffer in the location, I suggest require assistance because she is a disabled staff. It is improper to have her work alone in such location. To hook up the auto transport to the truck consumed 2 hours of my time. The entire rental was horrible experience.
