I had a late change of location that did not meet my pick-up time requirements. The site opened at 10am and my booked time was for 7:30am. I appreciated the efforts to make app pick-up possible that was closer to my scheduled time as I flew in to town late the previous night and had to load the truck and be on the road by noon.

Late to open. Website says they open at 10. They did not show up tell 10:30. The key to the truck was not in the lock box so I could not get the truck without going into the store. The truck did not have AC. Very hot day in a hot truck with no AC.
