They need more training. It took me over 45 minutes to pick up the equipment, even after I reserved it and had everything ready to go the day before. The person who works there had no idea what she was doing. I was charged for insurance, even after declining it and agreeing to the terms about damage if I didn't purchase it. She also had my fee at $89 at one time. I will not go back to that location.

RICKY MRented a utility dolly. One wheel did not roll very well. Once we tried using it bearing balls started coming out.
Adam PI had to be rerouted to a different location and wasn’t able to pick up my U-Haul until 2 they then proceeded to charge me an extra day after I had already paid for 24 hours. All in all it was not a good experience.
Tiffany DI lost a day for the return because the location was poorly marked from the roadside. Granted they must JUST be setting up as a receiving location and the lovely lady that helped me with the return was the only saving grace of the experience. She was really helpful and concerned about my experience with u-haul.
