Robert SThere was confusion on checking in and finding a key. It was after business hours. The check in was a bit confusing but was my first experience. Internet connection was slow in that area which caused some of the confusion. Return was simple and didn't take much time.
Triston HPreferred size truck was not available after reservation at chosen pickup location and another location was given and added 20 miles onto Bill By error with desired dropoff location. No dolly rented was supplied in truck and took two hours on phone to customer service to get a Code for keybox for pickup. Absolute Nightmare, never again. Thankfully the movers selected came through and did their job right and without ripping us off with added charges.
