After having to wait for someone to make it to the facility for me to pick up the U-Haul truck, I didn’t receive the vehicle until a hour after my scheduled pick up time. Their representative could not login to the system, therefore I had to complete my reservation on my phone. Being that they were in a metal roof building I had to keep going outside to get internet service. After finally receiving the vehicle, the site would not let me check in completely so I never completed it. I dropped off the vehicle WAY before my schedule drop off time, yet I was still charged an additional $18.69 today, over a week after my reservation. I would not recommend U-Haul or this location to anyone else.

PAMELA SEvery experience with 24/7 is flawed. drop off was a disaster.
Emily OMy first location was listed as 24 hour drop off and even had the orange box on the office, but the driveway was closed with a gate. The place was not clean or inviting. Called the help line and was redirected to another location. The fella was very polite and helpful. The location was clean and well organized.
