Terrible customer service. This gentleman was running a UHaul rental site out of a gas station /convenience store. He was cashing out customers in between writing up my contract. He misquoted the price per mile and he wrote the contract up as a one way rental which was not accurate. He was completely distracted by the convince store customers while executing my contract at same time. This guy doesnt represent the way UHaul typically runs their operations. I have rented from U-Haul on many other occasions, most recently 2-3 weeks ago, without any issues. In fact all other interactions have been very satisfactory but this store was not run with accuracy or with appropriate attention to me as the customer. I will never again frequent this store. I contacted UHaul corporate and they told me that a dispute will be filed and a regional manager would contact me in 3days. I still have not been contacted by anyone.
